About Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War
Bleach is a popular anime series that premiered in 2004 and aired until 2012. The story follows Ichigo Kurosaki, a high school student who becomes a Soul Reaper after he accidentally acquires the powers of a Shinigami from Rukia.
Ichigo’s newfound abilities lead him to fight against evil spirits known as Hollows and other dangerous enemies that threaten the balance between the human world and the afterlife.
In 2021, the long-awaited anime adaptation of the final arc of the Bleach manga, Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War, was announced. This arc, which was not included in the original anime series, picks up where the previous story left off and follows Ichigo as he and his friends face off against the powerful Quincy army in a war that will determine the fate of the world.
